3D BluePrint being Indo–Dutch company; we all Indian colleagues are trained for Dutch AEC industry like software, language, techniques, materials, rules and regulations. Colleagues come from the Netherlands and share their knowledge similarly Indian colleagues are also sent to Holland. In July 2008 three colleagues from 3DBPI sent to Holland. Main purpose was to know closely Dutch working methods, construction methods, communication, materials etc. Thus such people train more colleagues and manage projects better.
